Bespoke Corrugated Boxes

Alongside standard stock sizes, we can supply the complete range of FEFCO box styles from standard 0201 cartons to Die Cut Boxes and Trays both plain and printed up to four colours in all board grades, from 10 to 100,000 quantities!

To quote for a box internal dimensions are required, this is always expressed by three dimensions Length, then Width, then Height in millimetres.

Dividers and Layer Pads

We can supply a full range of bespoke corrugated and solid board dividers, partitions and layer pads.  Bespoke sizes are available to suit all applications from pharmaceuticals and cosmetics to home delivery solutions for food and drinks to bulk components. Dividers and partitions can be supplied either slotted without the need for tooling or die-cut for more exacting applications.

Pallet Boxes

Grape Solutions Ltd supplies standard and bespoke pallet boxes, ideal for shipping of heavy items or bulk packing of goods. Our cap, tray and sleeve pallet boxes can be supplied with or without a heat treated timber pallet.
